If an item you ordered from the Graycliff online Pavilion Shop was broken in shipment, or you received the wrong item, simply contact customer support at graycliff@ verizon.net or 716-947-9217 within 30 days of receiving it. We will arrange to have the item picked up and will send you a replacement.
If you are unhappy with an item you ordered from the online Pavilion Shop simply send the item back within 30 days for a refund. Customer must pay for shipping.
